As a general guide, a client should have approximately 50 – 100 MB available for
DialogCoach, five scenarios plus the extra disk space required for temporary files
and session results files. The saved results audio is about 300 KB per scenario.
The results can be deleted or stored on a server after the session is complete.
Local installation of application tutorials requires 500MB of additional hard drive

- DialogCoach Player: Student Learning Environment for Learning Units and Role
Play using voice recognition, audio, video, and software emulations. Learning Units
deliver content based on any format supported by a Web Browser (HTML, PowerPoint,
Flash, Authorware, Shockwave, etc). Curriculum can be customized through an XML
file. Student performance is recorded and can be piped to any SCORM compliant LMS.
Available in Client-Server configuration for centralized maintenance of scenarios
and student results.
- Scenario Editor: Trainer tool for creating scenarios and integrating emulations.
All information captured in an MS Access database (can be customized to access different
databases). No programming skills required.
- ScreenWizard: Enables the creation of software emulations based on screen
shots of live software. No programming skills required.
- Packager: Creates distributable directory structure containing scenario data
(text, audio,video, emulations).
- Grade Book: Trainer tool for reviewing student performance.
Integrates key phrase voice recognition API from Scansoft. Speech tolerance levels
can be customized to support varying degrees of accented speech.
DialogCoach results can be sent to a supervisor via e-mail attachment, sent to network
shares or FTP, or LMS result transmission via SCORM.
