ASERT Aquires DialogCoach

American Speaker Education Research and Training Acquires DialogCoach

((March 29th 2005, Bethlehem PA))-ASERT LLC (American Speaker Education Research and Training, LLC) has acquired DialogCoach', the world's first personal role-playing system, from Allen Interactions Inc. (founder Michael Allen).

DialogCoach' is a unique software program that helps sales people become more effective at verbalizing their sales messages and handling objections. By employing a creative instructive design technique and voice recognition technology, DialogCoach' creates and reinforces habits through mock interactions, offering an eight-fold increase in retention, evidenced in simulation.

Among the benefits of DialogCoach' is: decreased anxiety for the sales representative wary of role-playing with a trainer; lower training costs; and less time out of territory, due to the availability of the system on laptops.

According to Bill Jacobs, President of ASERT LLC, "This acquisition places ASERT in a leading position within our industry. DialogCoach' is a sales simulator, which has long been a missing component for many of our clients." He adds, "Every talented performer of an art, sport or skill uses a simulator-airplane pilots, golfers and speakers, for example. We are excited about the value DialogCoach' brings to our customers in meeting the economic and time challenges of training sales people."

ASERT LLC is a training company that specializes in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices industries.
