Bryan Horveath is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Ventiv
Professional Development Group. Mr. Horveath leads a team of training professionals
that design, develop and deliver quality training and development services. Prior
to his promotion, Mr. Horveath ran Client Training and Development, where he was
responsible for overseeing the management and representative training function for
several inVentiv contracts.
Mr. Horveath brings more than 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
in the areas of training and development, performance improvement, business development,
sales management and marketing on both the client and vendor sides of the business.
His diverse sales, marketing and training experience covers a wide range of therapeutic
classes, including cardiology, CNS, endocrinology, gastroenterology, pain management
and women's health.
Mr. Horveath received his B.S. degree in Microbiology from the Pennsylvania State
University, and he will be recognized in the 2006-2007 edition of the National Register's
Who's Who in Executives and Professionals. He is also a member of the American Society
for Training & Development, International Society for Performance Improvement and
the Society of Pharmaceutical & Biotech Trainers.
